Amber Makes Sewing Block of the Month is a series of twelve panels all featuring different sewing related items and using a variety of techniques so you can create and learn as you go. Collect and make them all to piece into a beautiful quilt when they’re finished. Each panel includes all the fabric needed to make the Block, an illustrated version of the block, and a bonus mini project too! 

Learn how to make the stunning twenty blade Dresden Plate using the traditional method of pointed edges with a circular centre which is then appliquéd to the background fabric. The fabric panel also includes an illustrated version of Dresden Plate in the same size as the pieced block that you’re going to make. You can use this for other projects or in your quilt. On the panel you’ll find enough fabric to make the Dresden Plate Block, the illustrated version, and the pieces to make a matching pincushion. The instructions show you exactly how to make these including the Dresden Tote featuring tape measure printed handles which are on the fabric panel - perfect for shopping or carrying your sewing supplies.
